About us
Till Puschmann is a Strategy & Management Consultant with a background in the Biotech industry, entrepreneurship, and academia. With a PhD in Neuroscience and a M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Till offers a unique blend of scientific expertise and business acumen. Previously, Till Puschmann held the position of Director of Business Development and R&D at Sartorius CellGenix GmbH in Freiburg, Germany. During his tenure, he managed various research projects, evaluated markets, and oversaw strategic firm development. His earlier experiences include working as a consultant at different consultancy firms, where he contributed to projects involving production bottleneck analysis and process improvement in the pharmaceutical industry. Till’s track record also includes the founding of biotech companies, securing patents, and publishing over a dozen scientific works. Till’s passion for clear communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration empowers his clients to thrive in today’s dynamic business landscape.
